Returns/Refunds

Returns: 
Please note that all garments at wagthetails are custom made and because of this we are unable to issue refunds because of ill fitting clothes. We provide a sizing chart on each page and encourage you to lay out a T-shirt or sweatshirt that you already own and measure it. When done please compare your measurements to the sizing chart to determine the size you should order. 

If there are other issues such as damaged goods or any other errors on our part, return the product(s) in new and unworn condition for a refund (minus return shipping costs) in accordance with our returns policy.  Our returns policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery. After that, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wagthetails123@gmail.

Exchanges:
Do to the fact that all garments sold at wagthetails.com are custom made, we regret that we are unable to exchange items at this point in time.

Missing Package? We can help!

If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, we will cover reshipping costs of the goods. Send us an email with your name and order number along with the address where the goods are supposed to go. We will always reship using the shipping speed chosen at checkout.

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not redelivered to you within 10 business days of sending the case number to us, we will reship at no charge.
